Companies House to increase fees from 01 May 2024

Companies house have announced that they will be increasing their fees from 01 May 2024

Some of the new fees are as follows:

• Company incorporation (digital) £50.00

• Company incorporation (same day) £78.00

• Confirmation statement (digitial / software) £34.00

• Confirmation statement (paper) £62.00

• Change of name (paper) £30.00

• Change of name (digital) £20.00

• Change of name (digital same day) £83.00

• Voluntary strike off (paper) £44.00

• Voluntary strike off (digital) £33.00

• Registration of a charge (paper) £24.00

• Registration of a charge (digital) £15.00
